Users may optionally enter pre-filled field values inside forms. These values may sometimes contain sensitive or patient-adjacent information. Where stored by the application, pre-filled values are encrypted at rest.

DocuBuild may rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the platform, including hosting, database, email, and billing providers. These may include providers located outside Canada, including the United States.

Payments and subscription checkout are handled by Stripe. DocuBuild does not store full payment card details on its own servers. Payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices.
If you choose to publish a form to the public gallery, the form structure, metadata, and template content may become accessible to other permitted users of the platform. Users are responsible for ensuring they do not intentionally publish confidential or private information in public-facing template content.
We retain account and project information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Users may request deletion of their account and associated data, subject to any required operational, billing, or legal retention obligations.
