The terms governing access to and use of the DocuBuild platform.
By accessing, subscribing to, or using DocuBuild, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
DocuBuild is a PDF form builder designed to help clinics create, modify, manage, and export fillable PDF forms compatible with MYLE workflows. DocuBuild is a separate software application and does not replace MYLE support, infrastructure, or runtime form behavior inside MYLE.
You may use the service only if you are authorized to do so on behalf of yourself or your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring under your account.
You agree not to use DocuBuild to:
You retain responsibility for the PDFs, form structures, text, and other content you upload or create in DocuBuild. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use that content and that it does not contain information you are not authorized to upload, store, or publish.
If you publish a form or order set to the public gallery, that template may become available to other permitted users of the platform. By publishing to the gallery, you grant DocuBuild the right to display, store, and distribute that template within the service for product functionality.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription pricing, plan limits, and included features may vary by plan. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing in accordance with the selected plan unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription in accordance with the billing tools or support process made available to you. We may change pricing, plan features, or service structure at any time, but material changes will be reflected prospectively for future billing periods where applicable.
We aim to keep DocuBuild available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times. Maintenance, upgrades, outages, and third-party service interruptions may affect access.
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information handled by the service. However, no system can guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge that use of any online platform carries some inherent risk.
DocuBuild, including its application design, source materials, branding, workflows, and software components, is owned by or licensed to Collabico Canada Inc. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform beyond your permitted use.
DocuBuild may rely on third-party providers such as hosting, database, email, analytics, AI, or payment services. Your use of those aspects of the service may also be subject to the applicable third-party provider terms where relevant.
DocuBuild is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that forms created with the service will meet every clinic, legal, regulatory, or workflow requirement without user review and testing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collabico Canada Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business, goodwill, or opportunities arising from or related to use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated, if required for legal or security reasons, or if continued access poses operational or platform risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will become effective when posted on this page unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means the updated Terms apply.
